As Good As They Say. After my last terrifying experience with a carpet cleaner that wanted to up-sell to soap instead of water. I looked on City Search for a good company. When I saw all the reviews here, I crossed my fingers and gave them a call. They came when they said they would come... they did the job they said they would do.. they charged the price they said they would charge! Completely professional. Finally a carpet company that cleans the tiles and the carpet and not the checking account.

My new goto for carpet cleaning. I hired J2 Carpet Cleaning for my end of tenancy service and they did an unbelievable job. I was really pleased with their service but also realized that my carpet was not clean when I moved in! Apparently the company my landlord hired to do the service prior to my renting had no idea how to do a proper carpet cleaning. After 3 years of use I was able to give the unit back with the carpet in better condition then when I got it. Highly recommended!

Best Carpet Cleaning and Customer Service. I called many other companies to find someone to get out quickly to clean my rental home carpets. Luckily I found J2! Jeff was so accomodating and friendly too. It is so rare to meet people today who really care about the customer. He got someone over to the house the next day and the carpets looked like new! I was so happy that I hadn't fallen for the other companies claiming to clean four rooms for $89. I would highly recommend J2 to everyone I meet looking for a great company. Jeff really has that customer service thing down! Thanks so much for a hassle free experience.

Thanks for leaving us the review. A lot of people do fall for the low price coupons, low price per rooms, or basic steam cleanings that don't include the carpet cleaners (cleaning products are extra, I'm not kidding) nor the machine agitation that loosens the soil without needing extra high pressure water that can over wet the carpet and cause those carpet rings or brown spots. Basic steam means rinse with only water. You wouldn't clean your clothes with only water and you wash them after every use ( I hope :) ). Think about how much dirt is in your carpet! Some companies just rinse your carpet with a cleaner, this is worse because it leaves sticky soap residue in the carpets and a bad crunchy feel. We clean all carpets using all the steps necessary to give the best results possible to all customers, not just the ones who pay extra to the high pressure sales "techs".

Excellent Choice!!. I was excited to get my carpet cleaned based on the reviews I read here. I was pleased that I made the right choice. The carpets look great. I had 7 years on them with only vacuuming and my little steamer to work with. My husband treated me this for Valentines day and let me pick the company. Thanks hubby and thank you J2!

Great carpet cleaning and customer service. They were soo professional and nice and my carpets look great. They go up and beyond costumer service and in making sure the customer is 100% satisfied and happy. I've never delt with a carpet cleaning company that was so polite on the phone and in person as with J2 they are definantly one of a kind and i'm very happy that i called them. I will call again for future carpet cleaning.

Hello Real Estate Agents , Home Owners, And Investors! This Company Exceeded My Expections!. As, a full time Real Estate professional I pride myself on customer service... I usually do not recommend others, but in this case I feel confident and compelled to do so. Let me share with you why? I had been assigned the task of getting 28 investor owned properties cleaned up and ready for resale. I was excited at my good fortune, until I saw the task ahead of me. I called J2 and spoke with a very kind and knowledgeable fellow named Jeff, I explained my problem and budget, and time frame. He sent his business partner Jess, to meet with me at my office. I gave him the list of homes as well as the keys, he said he would personally visit each property and then return the keys with a not to exceed price on each home. I knew I had to trust someone since this is not my cup of tea. Let me tell you some of these homes were down right SCARY while others had normal wear and tear. Jess, came back to me within one day much to my surprise with a fair price and professional can do attitude. I gave them the job, and crossed my fingers... Jess took the time upon completion to tour the properties with me. They EXCEEDED my expectations. The carpets smell fresh and looked clean and in most cases brand new!!! . The scary carpets look so good I was shocked! I asked Jess, how did you get the carpets and tile grout so clean, he just smiled and "Said It's easy when you know your business." Then, I hired J2 to clean the carpets at my house. Once again, Professional, Timely, Respectful of my belongings, I told them I am an allergy sufferer, and please only use non-toxic environmentally safe products, that's Jess, told me that he too suffers from allergies and that they never use anything that they wouldn't use in his own home. I can definitely recommend this company with hesitation. keep up the good work!
