Horrible service

The service guy was rude and unpleasant. When I showed him where some of the stains were, he acted as though it was putting him out to do his job. None of he stains were removed, even the small ones. I won't recommend this company to anyone. It was a waste of money.

This was a move-out and the renter was leaving a check and demanded the carpet be perfect when she gets back. The tech informed the lady that some of the bad stains may need a second treatment. This would be at no charge if a couple of the many stains didn't come out. She called and demanded her money back and theatened to leave a bad review if we didn't. (She had already left this before calling) We told her we can come out and remove the stains, if unable, we will refund her money. She refused and hung up. Don't wait till your carpets destroyed before cleaning it. You'll feel better and be healthier. Happy customers are listed below. J2.

They were polite and professional. Easily the most organized and professional carpet cleaners I've ever used. They made short work of my 3000sqft house and removed stains I thouoght were permenent. Perfect.

Pros: Fast, efficient, and honest about pricing
