We started off with a complimentary relish tray and loaf of freshly baked bread. Our entrees included a choice of soup or a house salad featuring the ever so common iceberg lettuce. Ms. Westie ordered Chicken Oscar - a small skinless chicken filet topped with crab meat stuffing, asparagus and beurre blanc sauce. I chose the 14-ounce prime rib which was both tender and delicious. Both meals included a baked potato served with sour cream and chives. Overall it was a good, but not fantastic dining experience.
An adequate steak house if you're on a budget.
Not much to rave about here, but the prices are reasonable and the food is decent. Atmosphere has a somewhat old and dingy vibe to it, but you can't expect crystal goblets and sterling flatware at these prices. Service was fine, albeit rather indifferent. The steaks are good and your tummy will be filled, but there was nothing that we had that rates a recommendation. The Steak House at Circus Circus is still the best in town in my book.
