Good buffet, great settings. expensive side, cause it IS the wynn, but great gourmet-quality food. worth a try at least once

Wynn Winner. hate buffets, or so I thought. I asked each member of my family (total of 5) what they wanted for lunch on Monday (July 12) and the requests were so varied that a buffet seemed the logical solution. Am I glad we picked the Wynn. The Italian cold cuts were three grades above the typical deli fare, the variety of fresh salads satisfied even my daughter, pot stickers and vegtable egg rolls, sushi, octopus salad, pizza slices, sliced flank steak, roasted leg of lamb...it seemed like the serving area was the length of two football fields, and more importantly everything was fresh and delicious. Oh, and save room for dessert(s), you won't be disappointed. The only thing missing was Steve Wynn personally greating you at the door, but I sure that's because he was back in the kitchen making sure everything was up to his standards.

Perfect. Easily one of the, if not the best restaurant I have dined at in Las Vegas thus far. Be sure to ask for Anthony; if the food was not reason enough to visit, his service takes the experience to another level.

simply the best. Tableau is by far one of the best restaurants in Las Vegas. Its kinda hidden within the tower suites, but its completely worth the extra effort. The food is a a mix of styles somewhere between french and american. The daily breakfast menu and weekend brunch are fantastic and one of my favorites, but dinner is amazing as well. I've never had lobster cooked more perfectly! Everything is done with extreme care and passion for food, you can tell that every member of the staff truly cares about what they do. The restaurant is quiet and serene, which makes it the prefect getaway from busy everyday life. The staff is very accommodating and do everything in their power to make sure you leave happy. Compared to some of the other "fine dining" restaurants in the city, the quality, value and price are terrific. Expect to spend around $100 - 200 for 2 -3 courses for two people without drinks. I've paid MUCH more at other "notable" restaurants and be extremely disappointed. Tableau is my go to place when I want a great meal, and I have never been disappointed!

Enjoy a view of the pool at this casual, yet elegant, spot in Wynn's semiprivate tower.. In Short
Tableau's location in the Wynn Las Vegas Tower Suites has an air of privacy. With an outdoor patio, indoor dining room and lounge with baby grand piano overlooking the poolside cabanas, it feels like an escape. Appetizers include Dungeness crab and mascarpone ravioli, Kobe tartare and Chesapeake Bay soft shell crab. Main courses include the walnut-crusted Colorado rack of lamb and the herb-crusted Alaskan halibut with lobster chowder sauce.

Beautiful presentation, excellent service!!!. I went to dinner at Tableau with a group of business associates, the restaurant is kind of hidden off in its own quiet area of the casino. Probably one of the more quieter restaurants I've been to in Vegas. So we started by ordering one of each appetizer. I loved the Ahi and the Lobster dishes. The lamb was cooked perfectly. I was really impressed by our young and very knowledgable waiter. He knew the menu and know how to answer all of our questions. Overall a great experience, I would definitely take a group of business partners there again, since it was quiet enough to talk and actually hear each other.

overprice dinner. i was very disappointed that we paid a huge dinner price for a small portion. it remind me of kid happy meals.we left to another facility to finish our dinner. this is the place to be at if you want to throw your money away. service was great but the atmosphere was just too darn quiet.

elegant. I've eaten here twice now, the restaurant is very elegant but not stuffy at all, the food is very good! the service was wonderful and I appreciated the little purse couch. Definatly will be one of the few places I go when in Vegas.

Nice place, good views. We ate lunch here on our last trip to Vegas. It was not overcrowded, and we were sat almost immediately. We were seated at a window table, overlooking the pool. The views were great. The service was just ok, for a somewhat upscale restaurant. And cosidering the reputatino Wynn has, I was expecting better. It was not bad, just average. Our entree's were both good, with good portions. Overall, a good experience.
