Ultra-fresh fish creations are served at this spacious, modern seafood eatery..
In Short
Upon arrival, diners are greeted by a long stainless steel bar where guests enjoy predinner drinks. The high-ceilinged, conversation-friendly dining room features booth seating and tall tables for four with high chairs. The kitchen staff prepares dishes in the open kitchen that displays a raw bar and fish tanks. The shellfish sampler appetizer features oysters complemented by a tart apple cider mignonette and clams dashed with cilantro, red bell peppers and lime.
Looks are deceiving.... Went to this restaurant for a group dinner (about 14 of us) on a Sat. night. Although the setting and atmosphere is nice, the service was absolutely horrible. After getting our salads/appetizers, we waited over 1 hour for our main entree, and the waitress did not follow-up with us. We noticed that many other customers were waiting just as long and the mgr./ waiters didn't do much about it. Some customers decided to walk away and close out the bill. Just a very poor experience that night...
User review by jnakaoki. The appetizers are tasty, although not enough to make up for the poor service. I can't speak on the entrees since we never got to them. We canceled our order after waiting well over an hour for our food with hardly any attention from the wait staff. There are bad days in the kitchen, but it was really the poor service that ruined the meal. Management in particular was very rude and defensive. I expected more from a Rick Moonen restaurant...
Not very good. Didn't enjoy my experience. I couldn't believe how long it took to get my food.
Worst place in Vegas!. If you want to wast your time, this is the place to go. The service is bad. The manager stinks and should give all the money he ever earned back. I would avoid this place at all costs.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THE WORST experience- 1 1/2 hrs after we got seated, we still had no entree. we finally complained and were told that the kitchen was backed up (they didn't bother telling us anything until before). we wanted to cancel some orders as we lost our appetities waiting, but they refused to let us. we insisted that we weren't going to pay for meals (not cheap) that we weren't going to eat and they reluctantly let us, but were completely rude about it. we asked for the bill and half an hour later, no bill. we finally decided to walk out (along w/several other tables), and the waitress threatened to call security. we eventually paid the $200 bill, which was for just appetizers. i could not believe they still wanted us to accept our meals at full price after almost 2 hrs! never go to this place-it's not worth it.
