thiefs!!!!. I moved out from LV (finally!!) and canceled my membership, they supposed to send me check ($56). I've never got it, called them 3 times, finally 6 weeks later I asked again for MY money. They said they have sent check and I can pay 35 dollars to stop payment on the first check. RIDICULOUS! I talked to Elene Toliver, office manager, which constantly interrupted me, was rude and wanted to brush me off, I couldn't even fisnish a sentence. I asked for a contact to higher management she lied to me that she is the highest one, the head of LVAC (what a liar), and she refused to give it to me (I will find out anyway). So basically they pass their fees on me, stealing my money and this 35 bucks is going to buy them a lot of bad reputation, my sis and her husband suppose to sign up there but they just changed their mind. This is 1 of the worst customer service I received.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! AT FRONT DESK!. If I had to rate lower than 1 star I would. But the lack of profesionalism at the front desk is overwhelming! I called corporate offices about this and Iwas told I would recieve a phone call back Monday about the situation. The phone call was never recieved not too mention that I was treated as if my problem with customer service at the front desk unimportant. When I go to a gym to work out it's for that purpose and that purpose alone. I do not need to deall with the immaturity I have dealt with at the front desk entering or leaving the gym! I had a family member want to join but sense he has heard my frequent complaints about this he has decided NOT to join. I advise anyone else NOT to join as well. My membership will soon be canceled ...that is if they don't try to rip me off like they have done other people!
