I had a horrible experience here. First I was told the wrong appointment time so when I arrived I was told I was an hour late. They could squeeze me in for a service different then the one I wanted, and I said OK, I should have left then. My mom wanted a facial and massage. She went to wait in the sauna and an hour later had not been called. They said they walked around calling her and blamed her for not being there. Then she was charged as a "no show" although she was in the building. I felt the staff was snobby and rude and couldn't have cared less about us and our service.
Pros: My manicure was okay.
Cons: Everything else

Vegas can be tough on the system with all the partying and drinking and late nights. So it seems perfect to have a place where you can recuperate and relax for the day. My favorite part of the package was the facial. I wish it had lasted longer. The body scrub was great too. My only complaint would be the massage I received. My masseuse was impatient and rushed me through the hallway. Other then that I was pretty relaxed. They have a nice hot tub, steam room and sauna. There's even a place to do your hair. I recommend making appointments ahead of time. They book up pretty quickly. It's pricey but well worth it. I walked out floating on air.
Pros: facials
Cons: organization
