phenomenal. The first thing that stood out was the decor, simply amazing! We were greeted with a genuine smile, and escorted to our table. Started with the Red Curry Tiger Shrimp, it was out of this world. Then had an astounding goat cheese and baby spinach salad. For our entrees, we had a wonderful 18 ounce New York Strip and some of the most wonderful seabass I have ever had. The wine list was extraordinary. Our service was phenomenal, he was very professional, and extremely knowledgeable, and made our dining experience one we will never forget.

Gourmet steakhouse draws nearby conventioneers for prime cuts of beef and succulent seafood.. In Short
Chef Richard Chamberlain of Little Nell fame brings distinct flair and innovative dishes to the Renaissance Hotel's poolside eatery. Orange curtains and striped '60s-style tangerine and yellow chairs decorate the dining room. A business crowd enjoys cuts of Kobe fillet, Black Angus and prime rib roast. The menu also boasts lamb and veal chops, and seafood pickings like sea bass with wild mushrooms and giant Asian prawns. Desserts include the mouth-watering volrhona chocolate smorz.
