Nestled in the midst of the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, experience a stylish tranquil oasis of tantalizing Asian tastes and mouthwatering California sushi.
The menu features California sushi and such modern Asian cuisine as monkfish pate wrapped in salmon and topped with caviar and uni, Japanese mushroom salad and mixed vegetable or seafood tempura.
This popular Caesar's Palace sushi spot is even moreso during the daily Red Sun happy hour (4-7pm Sun-Thu, 4-6 Fri & Sat), when sake is $3, well drinks are $5, champagne is $6, and nearly 30 sushi rolls, appetizers (try the kobe meatballs and baked cod miso in lettuce cups), and even desserts can be had for $2-$6.
Not worth a number 1 ranking – Sashimi quality excellent. Rolls average at best. Although the size of the yellowtail sashimi left much to be desired. Ok for tourists not for locals.
Awesome View!!! – What a gorgeous view! The restaurant was gorgeous too, but when in Vegas you want to see the strip and that is what I watched all night. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the sushi was too, no smoke and mirrors at this Vegas spot, unlike a lot of other places we tried.
Great Waitstaff – We received excellent service however the sushi left a lot to be desired. For the price we paid I would have expected much higher quality food. the atmosphere, drinks and waitress were wonderful but I doubt we will ever go back.
Best sushi in Vegas. – The first time i had sushi, i went here. AMAZING service. and AMAZING sushi. I've been to a dozen other places since then, and sushi roku remains my favorite. Only downfall? Rather pricey. But it's worth it!
Nice ambience and excellent quality sushi - small portions very expensive - garners average rating. – Eaten at Sushi Roku x 2. The service was above average - friendly waiter/ waitress. The food portions were very small for the price - I'm sure that the rent is exhorbitant and probably why prices are so high. Very nice restroom. Possibly ok for special occasions but I would prefer Japango's or Nobu for that price.
Five stars all the way to sushi heaven – ...Cheesy title, but the food is nothing but. All fresh dishes, unique with spectacular presentation. The server was highly competent, friendly and very knowledgable about the dishes. The decor is ideal for any type of get together that requires a kicked back, yet sophisticated ambiance. And the view from our table was extraordinary - the bright lights from the strip wouldn't make us forget that we were in the fabulous city of LV!
Try the Kobe Beef Sushi – The Kobe Beef Sushi was darn tasty. So tender, a piece could be split in half with a chopstick. In addition I had the Tokyo Ramen w/Pork Cha-Shu. Also very tasty, with a rich broth and a few very tender slices of pork. I am not usually a big fan of seafood sushi, but I sampled from my girlfriend's plate and was impressed with what the chefs created with the spicy tuna.
Service was impressive, as well. Half-way through a Coke and it was replaced with a completely fresh Coke. Our waiter was informative and offered suggestions that turned out to be very well received.
Best place to eat sushi! – Great time! Thanks Young Lee (manager). Beautiful ambiance and views. Excellent service! Well worth the higher prices!
In Vegas last week from NYC. Been to Roku in LA and wanted to go in LV. Outstanding view of the strip, great FRESH fish and warm service. Mgmt came by and checked on us and helped made the night our memorable. We will be back.
Not satisfying enough for the price – Not the best sushi, for sure. The food was just okay. The service was kinda slow for 4.30 PM early dinner with only 2 other tables. Either she was new at the time or the kitchen was on break. My husband did not eat sushi so he ordered the Chicken GInger (something like that), he said my home cook fried chicken was better. And it took more that half an hour after we finished appetizer. Overall we was not satisfied with what we get and what we spend.
