Excellent customer service. Having dinner at Boa steakhouse was an excellent experience. I had the petite filet mignon and my husband had the rib eye. Both were very very good and cooked exactly to order. You can get steaks with a rub or sauce or your choice. What we liked was that even though they were some fancy dishes on the menu, they also had the simple steakhouse items like fries, mashed potatoes, grilled veggies, etc. which suited our tastes better. The waiter provided excellent service and once he found out that we had just gotten married that day, he offered to take a picture and the restaurant even gave us free dessert. The manager Eric was also especially pleasant and attentive making sure we were enjoying ourselves. On top of the great food and service, they really made us feel special on our special day.
stop! it's no good!.
Came here once in March of '05. It was really good. My most recent visit was like going to a totally different restaurant. Our waiter "Grant" was completely unfriendly and regarded us as if he had sized us up as a table not worth his complete attention. The food was nothing even resembling what we had the first time. They must have changed chefs or maybe downgraded the quality of ingredients or something. The steaks were prepared fine, but the prices were higher. The Caesar salad was horrible. Truly an affront to good taste. Unbalanced in flavor and kinda gritty. Prepared tableside by our waiter who might as well have been a wet mop, he barely said anything to us as he rushed through the salad preparation. The side dishes were all out of whack. Asparagus: Overcooked. Mushrooms: Undercooked Mashed Potatoes: Flavorless.
The cocktails were good, and the wine list is impressive but, big deal. There are a lot of great bars in Las Vegas. Dessert was way below average. I heard so much about the donut holes, and they come out burnt. Literally burnt. They tried to hide it with the cinammon sugar they toss them in. Deplorable. The creme brulee was average at best. Ours even had a soggy patch on top. This is not cool. When we told our server about it, he said with a completely insincere smile "I'm so sorry about that." Of course nothing was done about it. It was really a disappointing experience. I will never go back, or reccomend this place to my friends, or accept an invitation to this place. In fact I will try to talk anyone out of going there if I get the chance.

Best Steak!!. The decor is amazing and the service was exceptional! We asked our waiter questions about the new development on the strip and he was attentive to get them all answered. This place is extremely expensive but well worth it if you want to splurge. The Boa Infusion martini is the best martini I've ever had! The only negative thing I would say is I did find a couple shells in my crab salad.
This BOA will Squeeze every penny out of your wallet! Do Not Go Here!.
We are from Boston and love to eat at great places. We do not mind spending high prices on food, the martinis are $15 each, not a big deal... The place has a cool hip atmosphere, very nice.
Here is the problem. I ordered a Filet ($44) and a lobster tail with that (on the menu it said market price) When the bill came, my meal ALONE cost $119!
The lobster tails (just the lobster tail, not the entire lobster) are $75 each, but on the menu it says Market. I asked the waiter when we got the bill why my meal was so high and he told me they charge a flat rate of $75 per lobster tail, he also admitted that it was very high.
My point. If they have a flat fee on something, it should be stated in the menu. They lie to their customers by omission - I would never go here again and will do anything I can so they stop doing this to other people.
Can't Wait To Go Back. I was here in Nov 2007 for my "wedding reception". I had a small wedding, so 6 of us went to dinner here to celebrate. It was the perfect choice. I absolutely loved it. The decor was very nice, the yellow label champagne was delicious. We had an attentive waiter with a sense of humor. The portions were nice and large. The sides definitely feed 3 people. I wish there were more places in Florida like this steak house. Meat eaters rejoice!
Potatoes, Petite Filet, Donuts. Ok. i know its a steakhouse, and the steaks are absolutley wonderful. However, short of selling my first born child, i would do anything for the bacon cheddar mashed (they might call them smashed) potatoes. I was there Monday night and I cant stop thinking about them. I also loved loved loved my petite filet. It was perfectly sized so i could devour my potatoes and dessert. My husband had theporterhouse and it was huge. If you go, you must try (did i mention the potatoes) the donut holes. i know everyone has them it seems but these were heavenly and the light brown sauce was divine! Plus our waiter was really nice to us! I am really trying to talk my husband into going to the one in LA but i heard that they dont have the donuts. Darn. :)
Wonderful Food. I have never tasted such fabulous creme brulee as we had at the Boa Steakhouse. Everything else was wonderful including the atmosphere, waiter and drinks but the dessert was by far the most impressive. We will be back every chance we get!
Best Filet Ever!!. I have to say...I had the best Filet that I have ever had at BOA!! AMAZING...the appetizers were great, the bread and butter were evern delicious. The steak was so flavorful and tender. The ambiance is very nice, and they have an excellent outside dining area overlooking the strip. I will definitely come back to BOA.
Almost didn't go.. I almost didn't go to Boa based on two of the reviews I read. But we decided we wanted to try it so we went. The atmosphere was nice, as were the staff. The Captain (like an advanced waiter) was very knowledgeable about every dish on the menu, and the waiter never let our drinks get empty. This is one of those restaurants where you can spend a decent amount of money, or A LOT of money. All depends on what you drink. I went there with my fiance, I got the NY Strip, she got the chicken breast. We started with a salad which we split because it was big enough, and ordered a side of mashed potatoes which we also split. We drank soft drinks instead of alcohol, and were completely full by the end of the meal. Our bill was $95, which was right around what I'd expected. The food was excellent, perfectly cooked, and very well portioned. I would go again.
Not recommended. My wife and I went to Boa after reading a few reviews on this restaurant. Sadly dissappointing. The atmosphere and the service was adequate. Management was very pompous. Our bill was a whoppoing $380, for the two of us. We both had steak, both of which were not cooked properly and served with french fries. The meals were accompanied with burnt asparagus. All in all a very unappetizing meal. We chose to eat dessert elsewhere.
