Good management, excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE. I got a craftsman tool like for a year or so. Unfortunately, stop working, i got 2 year warranty on it, so a head to my favorite sears store, at grand canyon, the gentleman at the tools dept, ask me for the receipt, i don't have it, "no receipt, no can do", very rude and no manners.I was leaving a little disappointed when Martha from the Customer service desk help me calling the tools dept. Soraya Garcia, who with patience and manners hear my problem, and in two minutes resolve the issue giving me a new tool with no hassle at all. Like the saying says: "Talk with the boss, is better..." Thank you very much Soraya and Martha, you really know how to help people, and how to do your job.
looking for fired employees due to pool table sales. Looking to contact sears employees who were terminated for selling or involved in the sales of reduced priced pool tables. Due to a comupter error pool tables were sold at extrmeme discounts and not honored, customers were bullied and threatned until the store recovered their losses either by forcing refunds or threatening no product and no refund. Employees were fired even though it was a computer error and id like to speak to any of these employees that would possibly like to help in taking the actions against sears further.
