In Short – Leatherette booths and a lunch counter with stools give this beef-and-bun joint a relaxed retro feel. Head right to the main menu and construct your sandwich. Choose from hamburgers made with heaps of meat choices including Black Angus or Kobe beef, vegetarian alternatives, or Colorado lamb, to name a few. Top with prosciutto, pan-seared foie gras, fried egg, sliced zucchini, smoked salmon or grilled lobster, then slap it between your favorite bread.
Best Burger place in Vegas!!!!!!!!

We went through this bar on New Year's Eve 08/09 after reading a review in the local paper, and were certainly not disappointed! It's actually a bit easy to miss this place, as it's off in the Mandalay Place rather than the casino itself. The layout is certainly like a sports bar, but the booths are really comfortable and contain your own TV, which enabled us to see the whole awesome Robbie Maddison display from the Strip in ease (Aussie, Aussie, Aussie, oi oi oi!). Also, the beer selection is worth a look, with a huge imported display and range on draft.
The burgers are custom made to your specifications, and the choice of toppings is plentiful and they give you the price per item up front. The portobello mushrooms were amazing, as were the sweet potato fries, and they got the burger right - I have had steak houses mess up "medium-rare"! Also, save room for dessert, as the chocolate burger is amazing! Also, top marks go to the staff here; we rocked up on NYE with no booking, and only waited 5 minutes for a table; plus, everything came out correct and on time. Seriously, this is the best burger place I've found yet in the U.S. - definitely give it a go!
- Pros: Beer selection, burgers, chocolate dessert burger!

I read a good review for this place, so we decided to head off here for dinner on New Year's Eve 2008/09. We were thoroughly satisfied and I give this place two huge thumbs up!! Excellent!! The menu is great: choose your meat (from different beef, chicken, turkey, etc.), and then choose all the extras and condiments, with the prices given up-front per item. In all, our meals both cost about $13, which was a steal for the quality we got! The burgers were honestly gourmet; I had portobello mushrooms, which were cooked and seasoned beautifully, plus we got the sweet potato fries, which were excellent. Credit must also go to the beer menu - about 100 choices!! The atmosphere was great too - TV screens everywhere, so we could watch the Strip festivities before we shortly joined them. The service was great too, and for NYE, I have to give the waiting staff top marks for their attention. By the way, try the chocolate burger dessert - the review had recommended this, so we ordered it and it was brilliant!!
- Pros: Gourmet burgers for a great price; great service; extensive beer selection; chocolate burger dessert was fantastic!
- Cons: n/a
Big juicy burgers, HUGE beer selection and great atomsphere

I spurged and got the kobe burger adding bacon and blue cheese. My boyfriend had the hawaiian chicken burger. My burger was cooked to medium doneness as I requested and was extremely juicy and flavorful. It retained that soft kobe beef texture on the inside while having a nice consistant char on the outside. I ordered the sweet potato fries which were great, although maybe a little under seasoned which was easily fixed with a little salt. They have a great beer menu to go with their burgers- both on tap and in bottles.
- Pros: Yummy burgers!! Beer!
- Cons: none
