Good burgers, but overrated. The Burger Bar is a good option that's not super pricey on the Strip (depending on what you order). They offer a good variety of burgers which are good but not the best in town and not worth the price. The environment is lively like most places on the Strip. Burger Bar-Overrated, celebrity chef restaurant. I looked forward to having one of the best burgers in town and instead got fleeced for 20 bucks. I have no problem paying that price for something excellent, but if you're going charge 20 bucks it better be special (the burger at the Capital Grill costs the same and is excellent plus it comes with truffle fries). Their top of the line burger the "Hubert Keller Burger" was bland and the gourmet ciabatta bun was cold! The Sin City Burger at Smash burger cost under $10, was savory and the bun was toasted, buttery and wonderful!…
