I wish I had read the previous review before we rented from Payless or should I say Paymore. We got a flat tire on the freeway in Vegas in a construction zone. Had to pull off to a safe area, my husband changed the spare in 100+ heat. When we called Payless we were instructed to return the car in the morning. The clerk in the office was super rude and then low and behold we have a company hasseling us for the cost of a tire saying we were negligent in driving the car. We will never rent from them OR recommend this company to anyone!

We rented a car from Payless after My other car was damaged and had to be repaired. When we got in the car and turned the key, the key broke off in the ignition! They gave us another car and everything was fine until later when we found they charged us $170.00 for one little key! We never even got the car started!! I contacted Payless customer service and they didn't help, they said it was my fault, and they were rude. I want everybody to know about my Payless experience, I will never use them again.
