These people high pressure upsell add ons. The rental contract is very deceiving, when you check the many boxes to not add on, they may be worded so it does add it on. You sign, they give you the computer copy in an envelope. If you don't look at it, the charges are there, once you leave it's too late. I didn't catch it once and they got me for $125, I complained to the manager all the while one other staff memeber laughed.
They will charge you for previouse damage if you don't catch it on the way out.
I had rented from them 5 times before, they didn't care. I rent in Vegas at least 5 times a year. Now when I pass through the rental center make an anouncement to people waiting at their booth about the practices they use, both when I arrive and leave. Just my little way of helping thier customers.
If you look on Trip advisor, the complaints are long, at THIS office. I wish I would have read it before. I'd pay double elsewhere before I'd rent from them again.
They lost a comercial customer, and Thrifty has bent over backwards to help me out.
WATCH OUT FOR THE ADD-ONS!!

If I could give this company a negative I would. I reserved are car online. I usually use Hertz but decided to try this company because it was cheaper. BIG MISTAKE! When I rented the car online, I added insurance. When I got to the ticket counter, the employee asked what did I think the insurance covered? I told him the car. He said no, that covers you in case of an accident, not the car. Then he goes, that's $23 a day, I'll just change that. I told him, "No, leave everything as it is." He types for a bit, then tells me the car needs to be full of gas when I return it and that I should get the gas plan where they will fill the car up at a cheaper rate. Once again, I told him to leave everything as it was. His facial expression seemed as if I was getting on his nerves. I got the car for $64.95, BUT what I was NOT told was that they put a lock on my credit card for $200, plus the amount of the rental.
I will NEVER use this company again. I can only imagine the amount of money that they scam off of unsuspecting people who don't know their options. It's Hertz for me from now on!
Beware of Employee named Jessica

Jessica was working the front desk and she seemed very sweet at first. I came in there shopping around for a rental car. When she tallied up the total, its seemed too high for me and I chose to leave. Jessica told me there was a $25 "cancellation" fee. I just went in there to shop around and they had the gull to charge that. Please dont go into this place unless youre a submissive gimp that likes to be disrespected and humiliated.

Doing business with this company was the worst experience ever. Reserved the car online, was very pressured to get an upgrade, when refused the clerk was making rude comments that he never heard about people driving such a small car to Grand Canyon, well, we did it and it was just fine. Also very pressured about the insurance which i did not need since i was covered by my credit card, also very rude comments. I will rather pay more somewhere else next time than deal with this company. If they keep it up they will loose all the customers, I am looking forward to them going out of business since they should not be in to begin with.
