BEWARE OF EAGLE ONE REALTY - CON ARTISTS. 100% AGREE WITH PREVIOUS REVIEW. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. THEY DO NOT LOOK AFTER YOUR PROPERTY LITTLE LESS PAY YOU THE MONEY THEY OWE YOU. BEWARE - DO NOT USE THEM !!!!!!!!

Rude & humiliating Service. Eagle One Realty is the most unprofessional & incompetent management company I have ever had the misfortune of doing business w/. When I was informed that they would take over management duties for my unit, I contacted Juanita w/ a few questions. I was told I would be informed the conditions of the lease renewal in March & they were working on getting a pest control comp. So, I gave them the benefit of doubt. 2 weeks later my fridge breaks down. I call Juanita to set up for repair, she took down my info & stated that she would call back. She never did. The next day I called again stating very calmly that I was unhappy w/ the service I received as I was expecting a call back. Juanita snapped at me stating, "You need to calm down, your problem is not that big, it's just a fridge & I have bigger problems then you". She even mentioned a customer, whose power was out & asked, ?that's more important, don?t you think?? Flabbergasted I hung up. Rather than deal with such ignorance; I had a fellow employee come out at my own cost. Fast forward 1 month later. Still, I have yet to receive pest control and when paying March rent inquired about that issue as well as the conditions of the lease renewal. Juanita as well as 2 staff members instantly started yelling at me stating that they wouldn't have the conditions of my lease renewal until it was time to sign the new lease & if I didn?t like it, I should put in my thirty day notice & leave. I have never been treated so horribly by a management company in the 10 years I have been renting in the state of Nevada. I contacted the owner of my condo & she was very helpful. She was dissatisfied with Eagle One Realty as well & stated that she had my contract moved to Eagle 1 Property as of 3-01-08. She thought she was signed w/ Eagle 1 Property to begin w/. She stated that she believed to have been swindled by Juanita. So, Juanita took my money even though she knew the contract for my unit was no longer hers.
