worst in town. the tell you they have high pressure - they dont - shady best describes the place - all of them are best to be avoided

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I agree with the other post. The customer service is absolutely terrible. None of the employees are helpful once they have you locked into a contract. Actually, they are the rudest group of people I have ever dealt with. Absolutely terrible service-dont tan with palm beach.

uncomfortable atmosphere-. this place is attached to a rock-climbing facility. every time i go in there i feel uncomfortable with all the

men gawking due to the open door between the tanning salon and the rock climb. overpriced and atmosphere is lacking. prefer "malibu tan" only two blocks west.

customer service is lacking. My first time at the salon I inquired about the packages available. the manager told me about the 6 tan package and i signed up for over $100. I use the tanning both once a week and after the first three were used, i was denied the remainder of my package. The manager then explained that I had to use the 6 tans within 30 days. NEVER SAID ANYTHING LIKE THAT WHEN SIGNING UP. There are no contracts or recipes for packages, so I was completely at the mercy of the employees explinantion of the tan when signing. The manager actually had the nerve to tell me that he Had told me about the 30 day limit and that I was wrong and mistaken. He did this in front of 3 other customers behind me in line. I left angry and embarressed!!! It took calling a district manager to actually get an adult to listen to my complaint.

THIS SALON IS .19 OF A MILE FROM MY HOME AND THE SERVICE WAS SO BAD I PREFER TO DRIVE 10 MINUTES FROM MY HOUSE TO DARQUE TAN ON CHEYENNE AND BUFFALO TO TAN NOW!!!
