Onlinewholesaleflowers - Fraud at its finest! UPDATE!!!. I was the second person to write a review about Online Wholesale Flowers. Reading all of the reviews this morning really breaks my heart. I wish I could have talked to every one of you before you made the decision to order from these people. Weddings are supposed to be fun, happy times and the last thing anyone wants to worry about is flowers. OWF has had 118 complaints filed against them in the last 36 months. I found the Vegas B B B to be totally worthless. It was a waste of time and emotion. I talked to my local Justice of the Peace and was told I could file a claim in small claims court. Even if I won a judgment, I would never get any money out of them. They have made a great living feeding on innocent victims. They have had several different businesses....freeze dried flowers....and many other floral businesses under different names. I wrote a letter to the Las Vegas Sun and it wasn't published. In looking at their corporation record this morning, I found that their business license was revoked on 5/01/08. Perhaps that explains the disconnected phone number, the defunct website, etc. I tried to list the links to confirm this info, but this website won't allow any reference to websites. Check out the Nevada Secretary of State website. Romano Enterprises corporate number is C8968-2003. Search by name for the B B B info. My heart goes out to all of you who had any dealings with these miserable pond skum. If something isn't done about these people, it will only be a matter of time before they start another business under another name and continue ripping people off. That is their M.O. Something needs to be done to stop them...FOREVER. bballard57@yahoo.co(m) (Delete parentheses because this site doesn't allow the word after the domain)…
They are not a reputable company, but a SCAM!!!!.
OnLineWholesaleFlowers onlinewholesaleflowers completely FAILED to perform ! I have received the worst service from them ! They are not a reputable company, but a SCAM!!!!
Unfortunately I placed 3 orders with them at the same time. But now I wish I never did! If I only knew .....
The first order was completely wrong !!!! They sent me mini roses instead of the regular size ones and they were completely wrong color! I left them numerous messages that the order was wrong and asked them to refund me money, but they never responded to any of my calls or e/m, and I never heard back from them!
The second order. They failed to sent me flowers for June 14th wedding, they have ruined the
wedding by not proving flowers I ordered and paid for. I left several messages and
e/m and nobody returned by calls. I told them that they must issue a full refund, but they never responded back to me, they charged me money, but failed to send me any flowers!
Flower were suppose to be delivered on June 12th
But NO FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED OR RECEIVED !!!!!!!
The third order I asked them to cancell, but none of my calls or e/m were retuned and now their phone is disconnected and all e/m and faxes are bouncing back.
Worst service ever!!!

Wedding nightmare!. I also wished I would have read these reviews prior to this whole ordeal. I placed an order in May and thought it would be a good idea last week to call and confirm my order. When I called the phone number was disconnected, emails were all rejected and the website was gone. They took my money and left. Thankfully my credit card company refunded my money but now I have to go through the trouble of finding flowers two months before my wedding. I feel so sorry for the people who did not know of this scamming company until the day of their wedding when they had no flowers. Like I said, I believe the company and Nina are no longer in business but I can't help but feel like someone should be held responsible for this and have consequences. The idea that someone would take advantage of people planning such an important life event is appauling and sickening!…
scam artists - you will be sorry!!!. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! BEWARE!! For the record I will say I spoke to Nina from OWF to confirm my order the day before the following events happened. 2 days before my wedding I received about half of my flowers (only in mediocre condition by the way). Once my mother and I realized this we immediately called the customer service line and spoke to Nina. She informed us that the other half of my order was shipped directly from another flower farm in Florida. OWF is based in Las Vegas. So much for the claim on their website that they see every single flower shipped to their customers!! What a joke! She had NO info on this farm, not even the city of where it was located or a contact person. Nina said she would work on contacing the farm or getting more info for us to try to track down the shipment, and never called back or answered when we called back. By this time it was 7 pm the Friday of Memorial Day weekend. I was in panic mode. Now I had to find substitute pink tall flowers that would fill 17 tower vase centerpieces. OWF nearly ruined my wedding day. I spent the entire day with my mother frantically calling and visiting floral shops gathering what we could to fill in. Also, no trace of a "lost shipment" ever surfaced. I suspect the other half of my flowers were never sent out. This mess is currently being disputed with Dept. of Consumer Protection so my parents receive credit to their Mastercard for the flowers that were paid for, but never received. OWF continues to be uncooperative in returning calls and letters. No bride should have to be in the position I was in the day before her wedding. Brides have enough to worry about as it is! Buyer beware.…
Unbeleivably evil!.
They stole my money and have never called me back! My wedding was June 5th and the flowers were supposed to arrive at my husband's parents house near the wedding the day before but they never came.
They took the money out of my bank account in April. My bridesmaids and I left a series of messages for two days begging them to at least let me know what was going on, but we never heard back. Now the phone is rolling straight to voicemail. We ended up having to get flowers from the grocery store, an added expense and much less glamorous than I had pictured for my wedding.
These guys will rip you off when you are most vulnerable -- I wish I would have know that before I forked over my $250. Pure evil.…
