OK. I agree with one of the reviews...this clubs need more men. The music was certainly better than some of the clubs I've been to in Vegas.
Best trendy club with great music!.
Great place for a seriously fun night out!! My mate and I danced till the club closed for the night, such good music! The DJ was great and there was plently of room to go wild on the dance floor!
We didn't pay to get in, and the drinks were about average in price for a Vegas club.
I would recommend this place to anyone!
Hope this helps!
fabulous. I went with my sisters for one of their bachelorette parties. This place was off the hook. Despite the fact the we had made previous arrangements for VIP table for 12 and we ended up with a table for 4.......not cool. The Manager guy promptly moved us to our place that we should have been in the first place. After all of that, we had an absolutely fabulous time. The music was banging and the people were a lot of fun. Of course there will always be perpatraters in the club, so take what the haters are saying lightly. We were also on the VIP list for Pure...but that line was waaaaayyyy too long....even for VIP. We felt as though we made a great choice. I will definately reccommend this club if your looking for some serious urban music.
Overrated.. We went on a Saturday, and luckily we got in for free. This place is nowhere close to being worth $30 to get into. The music was ok, but once the place got packed, there was literally no room to dance. The crowd was not what I was looking for, and I wanted to leave after 11pm. Sad for a "premiere" spot. Don't waste your money or time. If you want to go dancing and have a good time, this is NOT the place to go.
Don't Believe the Hype.
Love clubbin I frequent meat packing in NY and Sunset/Century in LA. OPM is just another club. Nothing special about it. DJ was ok. Kind of a cheesy location in WolfGang Pucks Chinese restaurant in the Cesears Shopping Mall. Most people are going off strip now to the clubs and bars at the Palms and Rio. I had more fun at those places. If you must stay on Strip the Bellagio is both a better casino and has a better club.
Note also that all those 5 star super ratings on these type of sites are promoters hired by the club. Ive got a friend at UCLA who has a part-time job doing that stuff. So beware and only pay attention to the more tamed reviews.
dont go if there are too many gangsta wannabes.
Went here after seeing the mile long line at Pure, the better club at Caesar's.
Didn't realize that it was so popular with the gangsta wannabes. Even though
they were dressed in extremely baggy clothing; they were sent right in. I
should have quit waiting in the line right then.
The table service area and the DJ booths are on one side. The other side has the
pedestals for the go-go girls. The dance floor is sandwiched
between these two and is extremely crowded even with just 50 people.
Tried moving to less crowded area. They have a walkway draped with thick curtains
that overlooks the FAO Schwartz store and. That place was nice for about five
minutes before couples came in from the dance floor and got it on right on the nice
couches that are lined along the walkway. I was disgusted by the dry humping.
Best Kept Secret!. Took a roll of the dice based off the one review. Six of us went at the end of January, on a Saturday. We got on the guest list and once we got in it was a total free CHAMPAGNE CAMPAIGN for ladies until midnight. The music was non stop hip hop, r&b and reggae ALL NIGHT (the only club in Vegas that guarantees this)! Not just the radio hits but old school, underground, rare gems and more. We had a blast! I danced until I couldn't walk out the place! The sexy crowd was geared up to party! The dancefloor was packed and jumpin' and everyone was real social. No funky attitudes! It was definitely, CRUNK, WILD, BANANAS, whatever you use to sum up your good time in your part of the country! One of my best times in Vegas so far, I will be back!
NOT ALL ITS CRACKED UP TO BE. While the decor was beautiful, the DJ was poor playing hits pre-2003 (ex. Arrested Development, Brandy) After attempting to go on Thursday and Friday and both a BUST. I will NOT be going back to Club OPM. Club Ra in Luxor was waaaaayyyyy better! The only good thing about this place was the fact that it is in a nice hotel and we got a nice picture taken of us. If you're looking for REAL hip-hop....OPM is NOT the place to be.
OPM WAS WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. MY FRIENDS AND I GOT JUST WHAT WE ASKED FOR IN OPM. EXCEPT FOR THE FACT THAT THERE WEREN'T THAT MANY CUTE GUYS THIS CLUB WAS OUT OF SIGHT. THE DRINKS WERE STRONG AND IT WAS PACKED. HIP HOP AND REGGAE ALL NIGHT. WE LEFT AT 4:30 IN THE MORNING IT WAS GREAT. WE WENT ON A SATURDAY. I RECOMMEND THIS CLUB TO ALL WHO HATE STUPID TECHNO AND TRANCE MUSIC.
Clubbers dance to DJs' pulsing beats at this chic Asian-influenced nightclub overlooking the Forum Shops..
In Short
Ascend the staircase to this second-floor club atop Wolfgang Puck's Chinois restaurant to dance or mingle with singles and tourists on the curtained balcony. The dark, roomy club has an Asian decorative flair, two bars, a hookah lounge with low cushioned seats and a large dance floor for clubgoers to groove on. DJs play a variety of music ranging from hip-hop to house to reggae on special themed nights.
