Disappointed. We shared orders of Pho ga tang (chicken noodle soup served with cilantro, basil, bean sprouts, jalapeno and hoisin sauce) and cha gio (crisp spring rolls that you wrap in a piece of lettuce and dip in nuoc cham (Vietnamese dipping sauce)). The basil was not fresh so I requested more and got what I asked for, more un-fresh basil. The flavor of the pho was mild and the chicken was limited to a few shreds.

don't make a mistake by going here. If you want bad food and terrible service go here. This is a family owned restaurant so forget about complains; they simply don't care. The food is horrific; we order bun bo (vietnamese beef soup) and key ingredience were missing like pork & "cha" and when we complained they refuse to compensate. The fact of the matter is they now have lots of customers coming to the restaurant so they don't need you and as a results food quality has gone down and service is a joke. This is what call's bad management: they have the same number of workers when their customers has grown over the years. I would not recommend this restaurant for anyone wanting to try vietnamese food for the first time. I love vietnameses food and I want to share this love with everyone, but this is not the place and I don't think you should go here to be bitter afterward. My advice is to look for new restaurant like pho Thai Binh or Pho Hung, better food (quality and quantity) and better service.

Don't go here! Bad experience!!!. My wife and I went to Pho Saigon yesterday. My wife ordered the Pho Dac Biet and I ordered Pho Ga.

1. To get somebody to the table to take our order was a miracle. Service was terrrible...

2. My wife's Pho Dac Biet (means pho specialty with 5 combo meat & documented on their menu) was short changed. There was only 3 types of meat. We mentioned this to the management and they argued with us. Management called my wife a liar. My god, the food was right in front of us. Hello????

3. Pho Ga that I received had the plastic wrapping and parts of the strings in the PHO!! Yes, the cooks cooked the strings and plastic in the broth. And, I showed this to him.

We were so disgusted with this restaurant. No wonder alot of people told us to stay away. After this experience, we recommend the same.. Pathetic... Stay away!

Don't expect much from Pho Saigon 8. Extremely POOR service due to owner's son laziness to clean up the 6-7 dirty tables situated by the windows early Saturday am. Owner's son expressed little interest in anything other than playing on his computer! Weak Cafe Sua Da, Banh Xeo too thick & doughy! Spring rolls & Pho OK. Will NEVER return OR recommend due to managements attitude!

Best so far. The service, cleanliness and taste is exquisite. I've tried a lot of Vietnamese Place but this one rules.
