We've eaten at hundreds of Vietnamese restaurants in the last 30 years. We arrived at 10:15 am. We will NOT be returning for a third visit due to: Extremely POOR service primarily due to the owner's son laziness to help clean up the 6-7 dirty unoccupied tables situated by the windows (which were dirty for at least 35-40 minutes) AND HIS ABSENCE in helping to provide good customer service! We ordered beef & chicken Pho. After being served, we had to ask of our plate of veggies to add to the Pho. After waiting five minutes (while watching both the waiter & waitress walk right by with two plates for other tables) we asked the cashier a second time for the vegetables! When they finally arrived, one of the mints was missing. We decided instead of having to ask a THIRD time, we'd just take some mint from the unoccupied dirty table next to us. The plate of sprouts & mint appeared untouched -- so we decided this was OK. BUT it's NOT OK! At this point I was either going to walk out without paying or go ahead & eat the meal. We decided to eat. I ordered two Cafe Sua Da which were extremely weak & watery. The Banh Xeo we ordered to go last time was much too thick & doughy, so we threw one of the two orders away. The owner's son expressed little interest in anything other than playing with his computer! When my wife spoke to him, the young man never acknowledged her comments about having pride in his family restaurant and helping when understaffed. I politely mentioned he had just lost a lot of customers due to extremely poor service & we would not be returning because of his attitude. We did NOT leave a tip. The picture frames were quite dusty. The floors & tables weren't very clean. The wireless plastic service attendant on the table was a prop. And IF you don't want your car doors dinged -- you'll need to park on the street. IF you real

Extremely POOR service due to owner's son laziness to clean up the 6-7 dirty tables situated by the windows early Saturday am. Owner's son expressed little interest in anything other than playing on his computer! Weak Cafe Sua Da, Banh Xeo too thick & doughy! Spring rolls & Pho OK. Will NEVER return OR recommend due to managements attitude!

Had a bowl of soup, a spring roll appetizer, and lemon iced tea which was very good. Prices are cheap and reasonable. Liked how quick the service was and atmosphere was pleasant. Would recommend this place to people who like or want to try vietnamese soup. Parking can get a little bit crowded so try to go early.
