Cls Las Vegas

Run Away from CLS. If your exiting the Las Vegas airport and find yourself at CLS Transportation, turn and RUN AWAY ! I have never been treated so rudely ( a rotten way to start my Vegas trip.) The desk clerk yelled at me because I had a handful of dollar coins to use (and refused to take them !) He had no willingness or interest in estimating the next departure, and he was so rude even his co-workers were grimacing about him. As for the review here that mentioned "the price is right", do your research: none of the shuttle services vary by more than 50 cents in their price to hotels. I previously used Bell and wish I had this time !…

Horrible Service!. We booked a reservation with CLS and when we got to the airport they told us to go to the wrong terminal! We called them twice to confirm we should go to terminal two. After a half hour getting to terminal two somebody at the airport told us they were wrong and it was at terminal one. Obviously upset, we get to the counter and the the guy was very rude! THEN IT TOOK ABOUT AN HOUR!!!! to get to our hotel, which was right by the airport! Then they were 20 minutes late picking us up from our hotel and they couldn't find our reservation and MADE us pay them again!!!!! Because of them we missed our flight! JUST TAKE A TAXI! Then we called CLS when we got home and talked to a supervisor and he was very rude and would not let me talk! He yelled and talked over me...All in all, it was the worst experience of my life! Please DO NOT BOOK WITH CLS!…

Dishonest dishonest. I used the service twice while on vacation in Vegas. total bill was $150. Over $5000 showed up on my credit card. Stay away from this outfit. Not only will I not use them again, but I doubt I ever come back to Vegas. This company has soured me on the whole city.…
