A DESTRUBING event at Fausto's Mexican Grill. I was very very displeased with this restaurant, horrified to say the least. When i went in with my younger siblings and right before us the cooks were determined to fight with these two young men. I am a frequent costumer and from time to time has seen these familiar costumers come in very often. For why? Simply because the cook was the one who gave these young men an extra burrito. What kind of place would wish to start a street fight with two costumers that especially contribute to well business. I couldn't believe it. Then when police was called they wanted nothing to do with the matter, and the manager of this fausto's suggested a 2 on 2 fight! Is this really the type of place to bring in family?! UNBELIEVABLY POOR customer service.

Tis okay at this location. I went to this place and said hello to the cashier. He looked at me in my eyes then walked to the back to do something. He came back quickly and took my order. I ordered two tortas. It didn't take too long for them to cook. Once I ate it, the bread was burned. It ruined the sandwich. Fine, maybe they had a bad cook.. usually I love the food, but the service I received the last few times was disgusting. I've also heard rude comments about my race as I speak Spanish but of course I don't look it. I've heard them talking about them. I don't like how rude they are and will not be going here ever again. Fine the foods OKAY but the service just kills it all. I'd rather go to Tacos Los Toritos. At least they have REAL fresh Horchata unlike these places with machines... FAUSTOS
