Fat, Lazy, Rude & Disinterested. It's sad to think that when these guys eventually get fired they will no doubt blame the economy. They should blame themselves. They are the most unresponsive bunch of retailers I've encountered during this recession. They say they want trade ins but since it requires them to actually do work, they slow play you and even ignore you. I wouldn't come back to this place no matter what they offered. You're better off with Ebay and Target.

Nice store. I enjoy going to this store because the employees are social and will help you pick out the perfect games. I love the experience they have and the help you receive from them.
