This restaurant is beautifully decorated and the food is consistently good though hardly authentic. It was also on sale at ? points for the month of December. We shared orders of cashew chicken and seafood and tofu. The latter was a delicious mix of scallops, shrimp, mussels and whitefish.

Sunset used to have a great taco bar and they fresh cooked you fajitas. That was excellent. The item selection is less and the salad bar is a joke if you got a good back to bend in reach in to retreive the offerings. The pizza had a top layer on uncooked dough. The desserts are not as good, and the root beer floats are gone. The chef told me he could not do anything but talk to corporate management to fix these failings. I guess the employee's have little of no power to excercise improvements. For $8.99 for lunch you can do a lot better elsewhere. All the things that made this buffet unique and worth going to are gone.

I have eaten here twice thanks to the coupons provided by the Las Vegas Advisor. The meat is not the tenderous both times. It is tasty though. The potskickers are tiny, but you get 8 of them. The prawns have been consistantly good. They also know how to mix the sauces and they do give you a lot of sauce for the rice to absorb. They do not charge for the steamed rice which is a real classy thing to do. If they just would use a more tender beef, I would come without the coupons. The wait staff was too busy to be attentive.
