great till the end.
My boss, myself and a friend came down to party during the ncaa tourn. expectations were high. I've stayed at the bay 3 times before but never went up to the foundation room. pretty cool place. we purchased bottle service which was a bottle of finlandia and a selection of mixers.($200.00 +tax and 18% grat. pretty standard)
we sat and drank and talked basket ball untill I was wrecked. my boss who wasn't drinking got my c.c back and payed cash to the tune of $300 total. 2 days later I check my c.c bal and there is an auth for $300. when I went upstairs to talk to Evan the ops manager he assured me it was going to come off my card in the next day or so. After weeks of unanswered calls and the run around Ive decided to try and warn others about the pitfalls of this shady operation.

Its Who You Know.
I just returned from a four day stint in Vegas......long.....yes.....but amazing. We went for my friends b-day.......and I would have to say that The Foundation Room was the highlight of the trip. Luckily one of our friends has the hook-up in Vegas and we got in without a hitch on Friday night. 4 girls 3 guys......and all of the drinks we could throw back.......on the house :o) Although somewhat unassuming this place has the absolute BEST view of the strip and is kinda of a cozy spot. There were a lot of older guys.....but our tighknit group had the most fun just hangin out, dancing, and making a scene by ourselves.

Amazing view of the city.
Monday nights Foundation Room opens up to the public, and I'd have to say that it's one of the best nights to go. It gets a little bit crowded after 12 am, but there are enough rooms that it's never unbearable. The best part is that the outside decks have an amazing view of the strip. If you're only in Vegas for a few days, I would highly recommend going up there and maybe taking some pictures. Drinks are a little pricey, but the music and atmosphere are amazing.

Sexy, dark and decadent, this exclusive club endorses racial harmony, music education and trendsetters with martinis in hand..
In Short
Decked out in artifacts from Africa, India and the Far East, along with traditional American folk art, the club is draped in seductive jewel tones and unpredictable, mysterious touches. Guests who drop a few hundred for private wine and liquor bottle service are escorted to one of several secluded "prayer" rooms, filled with flickering candles on silver platters, dark-wood tables and velvet chairs. The open-air balcony's Strip view is nothing less than spectacular.

great views, cheesy crowd.
The views are stellar. Since this is a members club (read: suits) the crowd is not all that great. The venue, food, service and view makes it worth checking out though.

Best View In Las Vegas.
The view from the Foundation Room is THE BEST in the city - by far. All of the rooms in FR are cool and relaxing. The drinks are expensive but well worth it. If you hang with a group of cool, fun people - with some coin in your pocket - hit the Foundation Room - if you can get in - it's private.
