Great Food and the Place I Take My Out of Town Guests. The ambience is amazing. The tapas are excellent. I recommend the bacon wrapped dates and calamari. Also, you must try their Sangria....made in house. Yum. Make reservations! Otherwise you may be waiting a while to be seated.

Fun!. We went to Firefly with a party of 6 and had a blast. It's fun to order a lot of tapas and share. They have a large selection to choose from and almost everything is really good. Order with a pitcher of tasty sangria. It is always very crowded and a little tight inside but lots of fun.

Best Mojitos and tapas in Vegas!. My husband and I always do happy hour here at least once when we are in Vegas. We stuff ourselves with food and drink and then crawl next door to Dragonfly for some sushi. Gluttony at its finest!

Awesome!. We went to Firefly on Paradise Road Las Vegas Feb 22/08 for a birthday dinner. They don't accept reservations for groups of less than 7 people so we arrived at 5 pm to ensure we could get a table without too long of a wait. We were a group of 4 adults and one teenager and were seated right away. Service was excellent. Before we arrived in Las Vegas I had reviewed the dinner menu at the usmenuguide website so I had an idea of what I wanted to order (it was my birthday dinner after all!) For the five of us we ordered about 10 different dishes plus some doubles as we all wanted to sample everything and we were a hungry group! We had the albondigas, ham and cheese croquetas, mac & cheese, ceviche of shrimp, tuna tartare, stuffed dates, terra y Mare skewers (shrimp, filet mignon and chorizo sausage), chicken skewers and filet mignon sliders. Between the five of us we devoured every single bit and enjoyed everything and each one could have been a favourite. The plates were not brought out from the kitchen all at once so we didn't feel rushed but we were in and out of there I think in under an hour. Go early to avoid a lineup. Ask for assistance from the waiters if you're not sure what to order and enjoy!!!!! Cost for our dinner was about $125, not including the tip, for 5 people. We'll be dining there again on our next visit for sure.

Trendy with ok tapas. Firefly is a cool place, but much more for the trendy crowd than for the foodies, like me. It was really loud and crowded. The menu did not have anything very adventurous, in fact quite the opposite. The "french fries" tapas were ok. So was the manchego mac and cheese. The grouper was very dry and plain. The salad was acceptable, but the empanadas seemed small for tapas. The albondigas were boring meatballs with no real flavor. The best thing was the paella, and I've had much better.

If you are looking for great tapas, this just isn't the place.

Lively restaurant for being off the strip. The line to get into the restaurant was long so I knew the food would be really good. It did not disappoint. The portions were small so for 2 of us, we got about 6 dishes. The stuffed peppers and the shrimp diavlo were to die for. The waiters were very prompt and making sure we were always taken care of. The food was tasty and the sangria was really good, not too powerful. Good to go with a group as well, very lively inside. And after dinner, you can always go to the bar next door to dance it all off.

Wonderful place for a jolly good time. Firefly is a wonderful locale for after hours and a good meal. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is great, and the food is spectacular. As a local, I would highly recommend it. Viva Firefly.

Great Tapas place for groups. We loved Firefly. We took a taxi from the strip and was able to get a table on a Monday night. We enjoyed their Sangria and some of my favorites include Albondigas (meatball), grilled octopus, mac&cheese, grilled shrimp, mixed meats on a stick.

The wait staff can get too busy so sometimes you'll have to raise your hand to have them come over. The service was efficient and quick.

Fun atmosphere, interesting food. Checked out Firefly on a Wednesday night at around 9pm. The place was buzzing but the wait wasn't long. (10 minutes). My date and I were really impressed with the place. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and efficient. Together, we ate about 6 plates of tapas and split an order of paella and flan for about 58 dollars. The two glasses of sangria brought our total bill to 70 dollars excluding tip. It was a pretty fair value and the food was pretty tasty and best described as "fusion/modern" rather than authentic. Definitely check out the tuna tartare. The joint can get loud and the atmosphere is a bit geared to the 20s "seen and be seen" crowd, but there are plenty of more distinguished folks here to check out the drinks and food. The parking lot is small, so take a cab to the restaurant. Don't worry, there are always a few cabs stationed in the area to pick up patrons after their meal.
