I had an early morning appointment with bankruptcy lawer Dorothy bunce and I showed up over 30 minutes early. Traffic must have been light or I have been given really good directions to find the office! I pulled into the office parking lot and it was empty & the office was still closed. But a couple of minutes later, a car pulls in, a woman gets out wearing her sweats obviously just having left the gym. To my surprise, I recognized her as being the attorney I was meeting and she was willing to see me immediately instead of making me wait for my appointment time. And considering she had been working out, she didn't smell bad at all! LOL!

I went to see a big name bankruptcy attorney after my Wife wasn't able to remember the last name of her attorney Dorothy. After being really disappointed with the big guy, I had my wife do a little digging and she found the name & phone number for Dorothy Bunce at A Fresh Start. What a difference it makes to see the right person. Dorothy explained how I could easily settle my debts myself for pennies on the dollar, which debts to pay first and which ones to ignore, and even printed out two articles she had written that helped me out. And she didn't charge us a penny for this advice. There really are some nice lawyers in the world and Dorothy Bunce is one in a million.

My son needed to file bankruptcy & I went with him to his consultation with Dorothey Bunce from A Fresh Start Law. Mrs Bunce was straightforward and direct in explaining how bankruptcy worked and by the time we left, I felt like I was able to explain bankruptcy to someone else.

I came into A Fresh Start Law for a bankruptcy consultation feeling like I was a worthless sorry excuse of a man. After meeting attorney Dorothy Bunce I was laughing at my own problems after imagining the debtor collector's rage at finding out I had filed bankruptcy and that they would have to stop harassing me. For the first time in so long I can't remember, I had a good nights sleep where I didn't wake up worrying about my bills.

Why was I afraid to meet the bankruptcy lawyer? I have no idea why I was so nervious and afraid to meet a bankruptcy lawyer. I couldn't even bring myself to make the appointment, so my bf did it for me. The attorney at a fresh start, Dorothy Bunce, listened to me and talked to me as if she were my big sister. By the time my bf & I left the initial meeting with Dorothy, we were sharing hair care & weight loss tips. And I feel I can share anything with my new attorney and she will understand and be able to give me advice on what to do & make me feel better.

I filed bankruptcy in 2004 and don't remember one thing going wrong with my case. But I am applying to refinance my mortgage and the bank needs a copy of my court records. So I called my old attorney at A Fresh Start and within seconds, actually by the time the conversation ended, I had received an email with all the records I needed. Thanks Dorothy!
