TERRIBLE NYE at Sedona. I am local been here when the lot Sedona is on was a dirt lot. My wife and I went there for NYE and I ordered a toasted almond and the so called female bartender could not make did not have all the ingredients which is only 3 and suggested another glass of something which I ordered on her recommendation. After about 10 minutes no drink we looked around and saw the so called bartender txting away on her cell phone and about 3-5 minutes more she finally stopped txting and go me my drink. My drink filled up only 20% of the glass. I asked for the check and put ZERO in caps in the tip area and wrote all over it about stop txting people on your cell phone and take care of the customers. We complained to the manager that was worthless. WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN.
I love Sedona! The service is amazing! My friends and I hang out here all the time. Great crowd too.
The food here is crazy good! I have scallops everywhere I go and eat at a lot of amazing places. The scallops at Sedona are the BEST I have ever had. Yum! My mouth is watering just thinking about them again.
I took my mom to Sedona for her birthday last night and I let them know it was her birthday in advance. We had such an amazing experience. They treated us like VIPs! They gave us a really amazing table and the waiter was really attentive. All of the staff wished my mom a happy birthday and they even brought her champagne and birthday cake. I LOVE this place!
Just went to Sedona last weekend on a date. The environment is super seductive and the cocktails are amazing. Best date spot ever!!!
Very Disappointing Service. I visited Sedona this past weekend. We were out celebrating with friends. I was told inorder to have a seat that evening, table service was $200 or to sit in dining area there wasa minumum purchace of $25 per person and a 2 hour limit on seating. We ordered appetizers and a drink, our waitress brought us the bill and stated her shift was over and we needed to pay. She said someone else would be over to check on us. We paid and waited for someone else to service us. No one ever came, even after I asked a porter for assistance. I waved down the floor superviser, explained we had been waiting for help, she told me we could just walk to the bar and order. FYI = we tried that the bartenders service was even worse. Sedona was once a great place to dine and enjoy a round of drinks. Obviously, theres some sort of change in management #it aint for the good!! very poor service!
Used to be great. We've be going to Sedona for about nine years and it has always been great. However, we had some friends in town and dropped by for a cocktail and the service was horrible. We were embarassed for our guests at the way we were treated. The old manager, Albert, was fantastic, but the new guy is a bit on the rude side. There are too many local bars that provide great service to put up with this. It's definitely the last time we'll be in.
Love This Place. I find this restaurant/bar a wonderful place to mingle and enjoy amazing food. Where in Las Vegas can you enjoy a 6 oz filet and lobster for $25 after 10pm? This place has a beautiful fireplace outside and heat lamps to keep you warm. The staff is sweet and informative. They have a new rewards program that gives you an extra $20 to spend at the bar just for coming into the bar. I have not seen this type of marketing in any other bar. It is an upscale bar with a great staff. I love taking my family and friends to this bar.
Terrible Service and average food. I give it one star for the decor.. Everything else sucked. asked our buss boy to tell us about the flat bread. He then I guess told our waiter we wanted one. 20 minutes later our wauter brought us the flat bread ( guess it is good we realy wanted it). Then he thought he was done. Ummm we have not ordered yet and now we have been here for 30 min and have an appatizer already. Very slow refills on out ice tea. But the table of 4 next to us got lots of attention. Maybe he will learn. I left a one dollar tip.
Don't go when The Movement LV has an event there. I had read online at movementlv dot com about a Blue Jeans & Blazers event to give Jeans to under privileged kids of Las Vegas. I came with a new pair of jeans to donate, but I could not get in due to the poorly executed event. I waited in line for an hour and left. There was no security, or management of the line and people were cutting like at an amusement park. The people coming out of the small venue said it was hot and there were long lines to get drinks and to get into the bathrooms as well. Parking is limited and there is no security for the alternate parking lots in nearby businesses. I have been to the Sedona Restaurant and Lounge before and it was very nice, just don’t go when The Movement is putting on an event, until they get there act together.
