Though the theme of Harrah's is a raucous Carnaval, the sumptuous and inviting upscale spa on the fourth floor will soothe away any jangled nerves. The spacious area boasts a large whirlpool, a lemon-scented steam room, immaculate showers, fluffy robes and an affable staff. Elegant treatment rooms have a twist: jazzy music, such as "I Left My Heart in San Francisco," is piped throughout the spa.
