Tips for Upper Crust Pizza

Pretty good for the price. I'm from Chicago so I might be a little biased on the pizza being too thin, but other than that, it's actually pretty good pizza. The price is reasonable and the sub sandwiches are even pretty good (I especially like the philly cheese).

As far as the customer service - they're always friendly to me and if they're too busy to give me a smile or a "how are you" then I'm fine with that...I came for the food. They're definitely not rude though...just from the east coast. I will be eating there again.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN TOWN, and they will tell you to leave if you do not like it!. The worst customer service in town. This is nepotism at its worst. If you happen to get the young girl with the bad attitude it is far better then the old lady with the foul mouth. This grandmother used the f-word in front of my 7 year son and when I asked her to stop it got worse. Out of covenience I went there about ten times and each time I put up with it. The time I said something, not only were they not interested in hearing about it, they took the offensive. Having worked in the Customer Service industry for years from a cashier to a Director, these people would not have jobs in a real working environment. In the current economic climate it is sad to see places close and establishments like this remain open. As for there food "Grease is the Word".

Great Subs!. The first time I went to Upper Crust was about 9 months ago. I was in the neighborhood visiting an Allergy Specialist. A former co-worker turned me on to this place, raving about how good the food was and brought in a Calzone to show how hefty the servings were. Anyway, I had to check it out. The place is cute, not too small, not too large. It definitely has that East Coast feel to it. I ordered the Grilled chicken sub to go which was so freakin' fabulous! I ate most of it in my car on the way home.

I went back there for lunch today(3/19/08) and ordered the Eggplant Parmesan Sub. It took all of my will power not to tear into that sandwich on my way home(it smelled that good). Phil prepared my sub and he was so sweet. He made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. Today's trip was much more inviting than my first trip. The first time I visited this establishment, there were teenager's doing the preparation and serving. They weren't friendly but that's just how some teens can be. I saw that someone else gave a really bad review due to bad service, I wonder if the teens were there that day.

I will definitely return to Upper Crust for either the Eggplant or Grilled Chicken Subs and hope to try their pizza one day. I highly recommend their sandwiches and Phil's service(he's a wonderful person).

TERRIBLE PLACE. This is the worst pizza shop that i have ever been to. The worst part is the service, its terrible. They really do not care to service you, and they are extremely rude. The prices are over rated for the food. Its not that great of food! Do not recommend it at all!!!!

A Godsend. I spent the best years of my childhood growing up in Maine where People knwe how to make a good pizza. Then when I moved to Vegas, nothing came close.

For the past seven years, I thought I'd never be able to have the kind of pizza I had as a little kid again. Then these guys come along and now my prayers have been answered

Good Eats. This is a good east coast pizza. We moved here from Chicago, so we're always on the hunt for a good pie. The name says it all!!
