Best in Las Vegas. Relatively unknown but excellent. Chefs are personable and skilled. Ask them to surprise you and you won't be disappointed. The Poki - not on the menu - is outstanding. The portions are incredible and the presentation lovely. The serve staff never leaves an empty dish in your way and never lets your glass become empty. On top of it all, the price won't leave you looking for a 2nd mortgage. This is the way sushi is meant to be enjoyed!
