You get what you pay for. Keep in mind that the quality of service you will receive is usually reflected in the price of the clothes. This is probably 1 of the most reasonably price retailers in the entire mall, so dont assume that the employees are paid enough to pretend to care. They are just quietly trying to get through their day as flawlessly as possible. The turn over rate is so high at these cute-fashiony boutiques that a customer complaint usually spells out t-e-r-m-i-n-a-t-i-o-n.

So heres my advice to all you sentive patrons; if you want a meaningful shopping experience, go to Neiman Marcus.

fashion q. If you're ever been into a Forever 21, then you know what to expect upon entering fashion q. They have tons of cheap yet stylish clothes. The store is well organized and well priced. They have an impressive selection of trendy clothes, minus the name brands (which helps the wallet). In my experience the workers tend to keep to themselves, but it's kind of nice to be able to shop at my own pace. Overall it's a great place to get a fun weekend outfit.

Worst Ever. Worst experience in a store ever.

My wife was treated rudely.

When she went to the dressing room 1/2 the clothing she spent 1 hour picking out was not allowed in. When she left it at the front and told the girl she would be right back for it she returned to find the girl had already sent it away (on purpose).

When the manager was told (Maria) she didn't care at all.

When the district manager was called he actually hung up on us and told us his employees and managers were all about to be fired anyway and he was very nasty.

No one should shop here ever.
