I did receive a response to the fax that I sent to them and they left me a voicemail asking me to call the same phone # that doesn't work! I responded to them via fax and e-mail asking a specific question. That was 3 business days ago. Still have no idea what is going on with our service. I really hope they begin taking their calls seriously, after all, I believe they are trying to run a business, or maybe not, who knows. I will update my review when warranted.
