I had an excellent experience with the team at Ultimate Collision. I had my 2000 Lexus LS400 serviced at this shop, it had a smashed in passenger rear door and a passenger rear ¼ panel. The work that was done made it look like the accident never happened except for the fact that the pewter colored portion located on the bottom rear portion of the car did not correctly match the part that was not painted. That is due to the car's original paint being faded over the years, otherwise it's mostly unnoticeable. The staff is friendly, fast and courteous. They offer a lifetime warranty on their work and I highly recommend their service. The atmosphere at Ultimate is also “doctor’s office” clean. It looks more like a health clinic than an auto body shop! I think that one great addition to any auto body shop would be a website. On that website, it would allow the customer to view pictures of the progress for their vehichle at the end of the business day, it would also include a time estimate on when all the repairs will be finished. The hours that are posted here are incorrect for weekdays as they close at 5:30pm M-F. I had an excellent transaction with Ultimate and I hope you do too.
