My experience with Performance Realty has been extremely positive. The staff is knowledgable and professional. They ensure that you are advised as to all aspects of the buying process. They are honest and up front and believe that they are working with you as a partner as opposed to just another deal. I continually recommend them to my friends and business associates.

I just wanted to take the time and thank this company. I found you on this web site so its only fair i express my gratitude. First and foremost,,,,,. Lynette... Thank you for your advise and help in finding my home! I also want to give thanks to Christopher and Tim for the financing portion of the transaction. I was treated like family every step of the way.This will be my 6th property and i wish i would of found you guys earlier :) The financing is at a price i can afford...... Great Job!

Pick Performance Realty if you want the best.

Lynette Martin, the Broker/Owner of Performance Realty, is by far best real estate agent I have ever worked with. Never in my house buying experience, have I had an agent talk me out of what would have been a higher commission for them, because they felt it wasn't the best deal for me. She had a real understanding of what I was looking for, even when I wasn't so sure myself. When the deal was in jeapordy because of a greedy seller, she went to bat for me and made it happen.
