BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went into the store in the Forum Mall at Ceasar's and purchased a bottle of colonge after asking the clerk if I could carry it on the plane. He assured me that it was fine as long as it was sealed. Well it wasn't fine and the bottle got confiscated in security. I called the store sure that a brand with such a big name would do something for me as a repeat customer. BOY! was I wrong. I spoke to the so called MANAGER Roberto who promised to call me back...HE DIDN"T! I had to call him back.....secondly...he said I am sorry my clerk said you never asked him that I can't do anything for you!!! I should have waited til I got home and purchased it from a reputable retailer such as Nordstroms if at all!!! If you are in VEGAS...do not shop at this store because if something isn't right the MANAGER ROBERTO doesn't really care if you are happy with your experience or not. If you like the the stuff purchase it closer to HOME, somewhere like NORDSTROMS who actually is interested in customer service. Obviously ROBERTO isn't.…
