Finally was able to visit this facility after many phone calls and orders. The owners are as friendly in person as on the phone. If they have the time, they will visit with you as long as you want. The facility is organized like a warehouse but is very clean and bright. It is very open so no one 'hides' from you. Their displays are very well put together and well maintained. Not only do they have large scale trains, but also other scales and all kinds of 'stuff'...Train related of course. Their tech support and work is very good. If you have a question you don't understand the answer, they will translate it into simple english that even I understood!! If you are withing 100 mile of passing by, you gotta stop and see Jerry and Mary. They are GREAT!!
