The Lodge at Hualapai. Very slow service, no one met us to seat us, made the mistake of going to the smoking section. Waitress took our order, brought our drinks quickly. Ordered hamburgers and a taco salad. Waited 45 minutes, then asked the waitress, she went to find the cook. He was in the bar and we saw him come back to the kitchen saying, "Well no one told me." We told the waitress just give us the bill for the drinks and forget dinner. No customer service at all

Breakfast Gem. A great Breakfast (and Lunch) menu, at an even better price. Service is very prompt, and seating is never a problem during the weekend.
