CAN'T CLEAN CARS, WHY HAVE A CAR WASH

sorry for any gramar errors, english is my second language.

I put a rating because it is required, otherwise I'll have selected not a single star.

Each time I take my car there, the cleaning is never done correctly the bird crap is never taken out and I've to ask them to take care of it. The front of the car still has dead bug. All they do is dry the car when it comes out of the wash. Last time my paint got scratched. I pay for the fabulous freddy's wash and the previous wash I spent around $50 for a detailling which was done poorly and the excuse is that "oh I can't get rid of the dead bugs" I did it myself without any efforts and the car got clean in few seconds.

I'll never go back this is a waste of money.

The worst detail shop around!

I have never been given so many excuses as to why something couldn't be cleaned and why my vehicle will remain dirty. They only use bare hands to detail! No special tools. Their hands can't reach in the door

pocket to wipe out dirt! This is absolutely the WORST possible place to take your vehicle if you want anything done correctly. They also make you pay $170.00 for everything they cannot do! Horrible! Horrible!

WILL NEVER GO BACK TO FAB FREDDY'S AGAIN!!!!

Took my truck for a $10 buck car wash that turned to a $150 car wash. Their equipment broke the FACTORY INSTALLED bugg guard (not a cheap pepboys plastic one either), snapped it in two and ripped the retainers that hold it to the grill, snapping them off the part.

Their only answer was "SORRY...hope to see you again. It should only cost about $20 bucks to paint a new one to match the original one" YEAH RIGHT!!! Call the corp office, the person in charge of vehicle damage is never in the office, keep leaving voice mails.

They still made me pay for the car wash on top of it, the truck was still dirty, and the they still forgot to put the tire goop on one of the tires........simple amazingly poor service and poor management

• Cons: There break stuff on your truck, and take no responsibility!
