In Short – Located three miles from the Strip, this eatery is a haven of home-cooked goodness. The country-style dining room, with its knickknack-lined striped walls, wooden chairs and formica tables, serves an imaginative menu of egg dishes. Popular items include Uncle Vito's Favorite frittata--layers of Italian sausage, sauteed mushrooms and marinara sauce--and the Egg-ceptional omelette, stuffed with sausage, ham, onions, tomatoes and mushrooms, and topped with sour cream. For lunch, sandwiches, soups and salads are available.

This was a very good down home restaurant. The service was good, we were seated promtply, it was not smokey, ( important for this asthmatic) food overall was good, and large portions.
They are great about being able to order half portions, and make it like you want it. We ordered the "some like it hot" frittata and a pancake as well as coffee. We ordered a full portions but could eaily have ordered half size and still had plenty to share. The coffee was very good, no bitter taste not too strong. the fritatta was a little too saucy for my taste but the DH loved it. The pancake was very good and massive bigger than the plate! We were also served with home fires and a banana muffin both of which were very good!
The homefires I was leary of as I don't normally care for seasoned fries however these were very good as they are only lightly seasoned and not overkill.
The banana muffin was homemade we were told and it really was good nice texture and flavour.
We are vistors from out of the area and the staff even gave us dringing and off the strip tourist info!
This is a definite revisit next time we are in the area.
