Great salon

I've been to many salons in Vegas and Roni Josef tops them all. The atmosphere is so welcoming, there's always hot coffee and snacks out, the stylists and spa techs are all very talented in what they do and always do their utmost to make your salon/spa experience a great one. They also have great products and clothes/accessories. Lynnette Molinaro is an awesome stylist/colorist who exemplifies perfection in her artistry, as does Kim Levine, a phenomenal aesthetician, and Brian Smith, a master stylist. Not only are they all so talented, but they're all just great people. I highly recommend Roni Josef for all of your beauty needs, five stars!

Amy made my hair look like a brillo pad. To many pink haired ladies here for a modern look. Roni is more intersted in money than training his staff or he won't let people leave the salon looking like they do. They fried my hair from the cut and color. Instead of telling me how good they are, they should show me with a great cut and color. Instead I got split ends one day after the cut.
