This is their "National Headquarters"? Pathetic.... It's a nice spot right on the strip, but the service couldn't treat you like dirt any more than it already is.

We arrived late at night so they wouldn't give us a parking pass until morning, so in the morning I went to get one and they had already given me a parking ticket and threatened to tow my car. We go to work out the next morning and our card doesn't let us back in, so we went to the front desk and are scolded for not having our ID (in the fitness room?)on us and have to argue for half an hour before someone else in our party overhears us and lets us into our room. The room came with coffee and a coffee maker, but no coffee filters, so when i asked for some, they felt it was my fault for not having them and decided to argue.

We have loved other Worldmark resorts, but because of this experience, we will never be back.
