HAPPY HOUR: 4-7 pm, 2-4-1 drinks & 1/2 off appetizers. Dinner Specials: Monday-Pasta; Wed-Prime Rib. Live Jazz on Frid & Sat in the Lounge. "Joey-Bistro & Bar" sits atop Carriage House with magnificent view of mountains and strip. It has a great but reasonably priced wine list and the Southern Italian kitchen is outstanding.
