Really Bad Management. After reviewing several 99 cent stores store # 143 @ Maryland & Charleston is probably the worst in Las Vegas very bad employee moral, attitude ( they scrutinize all customers as if they are there to steal), general overall filth & lack of cleanliness while Charleston & Decatur being the best & Flamingo & Maryland a very dissapoiting third. I write this to inform & warn money spending customers there are other choices than this 99 cent craphole at Maryland & Charleston. The store has sloppy over run isles of items in baskets that block ease of shopping. The individual fruit & vegetables that are not wrapped & pawwed over by different levels (clean, homeless & the downtrodden) of customers The managements refusal after several weeks to open the restrooms to the public offering at first an excuse that they were out of order. As days & weeks go by and asking several employees whats up they say they are tired of cleaning the restrooms and that they are now only for employees use. Excuse me but without the customers there would be no employees. However calmly this has been approached on all levels w/ 99 cent stores corporate office in Commerce city Ca. 1-323-881-9950 Ms. Hernandez refuses to assist with the problem calling it local or insisting that they do not have to offer restroom services to customers per the Health dept. of Las Vegas. I will not just drop this issue until customers have the same dignified rights as employees. Plain & simple customers are being discriminated against & denied services because of managements lack of proper skills to manage their store.
