Stratosphere restaruant offers Asian cuisine and sushi for the budget-minded.. In Short
This contemporary restaurant's main dining area features hardwood floors, red-and-black décor and Asian art adorning the walls. A 14-seat sushi bar and a patio overlooking the casino floor provide further seating. Pan-Asian dishes include pad thai, moo goo gai pan and a variety of sushi options ranging from nigiri and sashimi to specialty rolls such as the Dragon roll (baked eel and avocado on a California roll). There's coconut or green-tea ice cream for dessert.
