Terrible Management!!!. Terrible Management (owners)!!! The product is awesome, but salon is not very clean the water in fountain by front door is filthy, loud creepy music.I been there a few times they run out of hot water, the hot towels worn out, restrooms :(

The staff always friendly, but i don't see allot of them working there any more:(

Manager so angry, i think she don't know what professionalism at all, ones when i was there she yelled & casing on one of the hair stylist in little room they have by the restrooms about the stylist didn't charge in off to client she just had, the girl came out crying. So sad i don't see that girl any more.

The service providers always slam, they don't have time to work with you, so you actually can enjoy your service. Look like the owners trying so hard to get clients and be the top rated salon but they have no clue how to do that. So bad for AVEDA. I hope AVEDA company will do some thing about this.…

awesome place for body treatment. the staff there is all very friendly and i have never had a bad experience there..ever. I go there often for treatments and always walk away satisfied. Not only do they remind you via phone call, but they also remind you of your upcoming appts via email which i think is awesome. They always seem to fit me in when i call and never give me any grief. Everyone there deserves a big pat on the back-- they do an awesome job and very customer friendly. I would highly recommend to anyone!…

Who is recommended for womens cut?. Maybe the problem is he person who is cutting hair it also doesn't state if it was a cut for a woman or men. So who knows who is getting a good haircut. So I want to know who is reccomended there for a good haircut for women and like how much does it cost?

They truly know about hair and it's so relaxing!. After reading the reviews below a lot must have changed over the year, because I have been going since February this year and have seen the same stylist since because she has helped recover my hair after excessive damage from another stylist at a different salon overprocessed my hair! I absolutely love Aveda Salons in the first place and when I come here it upholds my expectations, my stylist always ensures that I know what will be applied to my hair and ensures that I'm satisified with my hair cut before I leave. Thats true customer service and the receptionists are always very welcoming and so kind. If your military they offer a military discount too.…
