Guests use a wooden footbridge to cross the well-stocked koi pond, and then snag a table in the dimly lit dining area. A thunderous waterfall sometimes leaves diners struggling to hear each other. The typical Japanese menu includes edamame and miso soup starters and standard sushi rolls. Chefs will prepare specialty rolls upon request. Non-sushi eaters order off a small menu, which includes dishes like beef shish kabobs or broiled cheek of yellow tail.
