best flair bar. awesome bar and the bartenders are entertaining.. our bartender,s name is Renee.. he kept us entertained the whole night.. we stayed until it closed.. and went home w/ no money.. we gave it all to the bartenders... the best night we ever had..... defenately gonna come back..

Awesome Bartenders and Hot Security Guards. If you go to Vegas and like to party and dance, this is the place for you. We were staying close by at the Imperial Palace with our balcony facing the Carnaval Bar, which couldn't have been more perfect - listening to live music as we were getting ready to go out. We made this our last stop every evening for drinks and dancing until 0200 hrs. For you guys - if you like cleavage, there is plenty of it, and for the women - lots of hot men. I loved the outside atmosphere the best. When the band wasn't playing, they would have a DJ and all of the music was great for dancing. The bartenders are awesome to watch while mixing your drinks. I will definatley be hitting this place every night again the next time I am in Vegas! I forgot to mention this place is great for all ages (besides children of course)!

Greatest Vegas Night I've Ever Had!. Alright... I guess I should preface this by saying that I've been to Vegas a handful of times and generally don't spend my time at a bar. That being said my friends and I were killing some time (aka sobering up) sitting outside of Harrah's. We could hear a cover band that sounded good so we decided to check it out. Between the AMAZING band... the AMAZING bartenders and the fun we ended up hanging out for almost 6 hours on a Sunday night. Definitely the most fun I've had... granted I'm not the average "party in vegas" girl. But I'll be going back soon... and definitely will be spending an evening at the bar again. Loved every second of it!

THIS PLACE ROCKS!!. If you like live bands, entertaining bartenders AND a variety of drinks, this place is for you! A group of us stayed at Harrahs from 12/6 - 12/11 and partied at this bar on Thursday, Friday and Saturday! It is nonstop fun! The bartenders are not only very friendly but very entertaining! Tip well and you get plenty of shots! On Saturday night they rope off part of the bar and do a kick a$$ juggling show with flaming bottles and one of the bartenders actually balances about a 4 foot stack of bottles & glasses on his forehead. Sounds funny but its a sight! Bring your cameras! The band is great too, lots of dance music from the 80's & 90's. I can't say enough about this place - its a must see!

Great Dancing, great music and entertainment. This is the place for a quick cure of dancing fever. No cover charge during the week and very cheap on Saturdays! Less than $5.00! Go and dance with others and let your hair down outside in Vegas. Most nights are still comfortable in Vegas and being outside is great, with fresh air and fun. Go often!

super fun. my friend and i found this place by accident one afternoon that we were in vegas. we stopped to have a couple drinks and it was so fun! the bartenders were really cool and the band played good songs to sing along to. you can definitely spend an afternoon partying here.

Carnicval Court. The best time!!!!

Everytime I go to Vegas I stop here - good good times. So every 3 months or so I get some good entertainment... I suggest you go in mid afternoonand sit at the bar stay until early evening and the party begins and the drinks are coming... It's a good time with out spending lots of money gambling....Oh get the big drinks... you will know what i mean if you go there.. they come with a neck strap... :)

GREAT PLACE TO PARTY!!!. Live bands are great, bartenders are incredibly talented not to mention sexy. Drinks are average priced. All in all the best place I know of to hang out in Vegas!!!
