DO NOT TRUST JEFF'S AUTO & TRUCK !!!! SCAM!!!. I recently had work done on my car by Jeffrey L. Zygela of Jeff's Auto & Truck Repair.

The work was supposed to be finished in 2 weeks.

After the 1st week he told me that he needed money to get more supplies to finish the job. I asked him how much and he told me $700.00. I told him that I would pay him with my credit card. He informed me that he no longer accepts credit cards. I went to the bank and took out the full $1500.00 which was the agreed price.

After the 2nd week, the car was not ready. Jeff found every excuse in the book week after week.

After 2 months of having my car I called and told him to button it up because I am picking it up.

When I saw what he had done to my car, I almost had a breakdown.

I had to take it to another shop to not only fix the original problem but to repair what he had done to the car.

He will not return my calls and refused a certified letter that I sent demanding a refund of my payment.

I also found out that his business license has a fraudulent location and contact number on it. Clark County License Number: 1001163.400

I wouldn't trust Jeff's Auto & Truck Repair to put air in my tires.

Jeff is unreliable.. Jeff always has an excuse as to why he is not available to finih the work he started on your car. He was 5 hours the first day, and couldn't finish the job. He promised to come back the next morning. But 12 hours later when he said he was right around the corner on his way, I told him to forget it and I would find someone else to finish the job.

The excuses ranged from having to take the cat to the vet, to being tired and taking a nap, to having to go back to the shop for a part.

He is dishonest, and not trust worthy. The person he brought along to help knew more than he did.

I wrote off the half-up-front I paid him so that I wouldn't have to deal with him again. Good thing I didn't pay all up front like he wanted.

He'll also give you some line about changing merchants as to why you can't use credit cards.

I wouldn't have used a 24hour service if i wasn't in a bind, and he left me in a bigger whole than I started with.

Editorial Review. Since 1992, this completely mobile auto repair service has been providing grateful stranded customers with A/C repairs, flat tires, major engine overhauls, and general maintenance.
