dishonest and dangerous. They are nicer to you when your brand new car has factory warranty. But even than they will not take good care of your car, will only be doing minimum they can to get you back on the road somewhat safe. After your warranty expires (a lot of times right after- like two weeks after) they will finish fixing your car problems but you will pay for these repairs now and they charge top dollar-nowhere near real price.Be very careful when dealing with this service center, ask them to give you all printouts of all on board diagnostics codes (OBD Codes) for every repair before they delete them, which might be you only way to prove what is wrong with your car, also better get second opinion before you agree to any repairs. Very dishonest dealer and the sad part is that Volkswagen of America will back them up every time and will call you a lier. Don't do business with them, if you are one of there customers you will eventually find everything i sad out the hard way.
