Evil nail tech Kim!. I went here for a pink and white fill and have never been treated so rudely in a nail salon. There's an unpleasant woman named Kim that has a serious attitude problem. She doesn't have any interest in making conversation, instead she cackles rudely in Vietnamese with the other nail techs (and is probably gossiping about the customers). The decor is plain and unappealing. The prices are high for an average "chop shop" Asian nail salon. After receiving an undesirable fill from Kim I returned the following day to have them removed. I requested that she soak the set and gently remove them to avoid damage. She agreed to do so, but instead unexpectedly shoved a plastic nail tip under one of acrylic nails when I was watching the TV. She almost ripped off my real nail. I screamed in pain and she didn't even apologize. Instead, she sat there with an angry look on her face with no sympathy whatsoever. No, "I'm so sorry" or anything. It's no wonder this place was completely empty and without customers when I left. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! There are nail salons on every corner in this city. There are much better options out there. Please stay away from the evil nail tech Kim.
